The Test-drive was awesome but did seem that hit a pretty good performance. The Kids had some great time in the rear seat. Definitely would enjoy an upgrade from my 2018 Tesla Model 3.
If you are looking for Preowned you will not be disappointed as the two are similar and both fun to drive. But there are several updates to the new version. I am looking forward to the performance when it is available. There are some great updates to the UI that will separate it from the 2018.
Based on the picture you would think that it is a 4 player system but it is only 2 player. I am sure some engineer are working on some solution. Not that it would be use that often but in an instance that a family of 4 and waiting on charging or just spending quality time. That could be fun.

Drive like a sport car with the utility of a hatchback….. I can stand two 5gallons of water in the trunk and still have space for a luggage and a carry-one.
The Tesla Model Y made it even more practical with strollers and baby seats. For car people it is a remarkable car.
It is also a fast charging vehicle for a road trip of 1,500 miles. Well I didn’t have time to take a nap or maybe better to say a long enough nap If only trying to get to destination as fast as possible. A bathroom break while charging and it ready to go for a quick charge.

My experience with it I love it and work great but does need some lubrication some times. It currently has 4.5 reviews out of about 500 rating from Amazon customers.
The hitch Mount
The mount is not quite wide enough for the ball to fit properly but I like that it was quite light to handle and adding the RockerBall Cushion does add up. The technician had to redo the lighting to center the ball to best he could.
Disclaimer You are not suppose to add such a rise on your vehicle and I am not saying it is safe to do so. Please make sure you follow the manufactures suggestion for your fit and if you follow my set up at your own risk. I will tell you why I did't follow the manufactured recommendation below.
If there is wider I would use that instead as long as not significantly heavier. But previously I used a different hitch with it that had a 6 inch rise and the RockerBall does add to the height too. The previous was heavier to handle.
The Camera system I used on my is the Furrion Vision 5-inch and the back up camera fit perfectly but the side had to be wired in. With this installed my confidence in towing a travel trailer boosted. It does a speaker and microphone in the rear view camera mode.
I do wish though that I went with the bigger screen. I also hope in the future that could provide a feed to the tow vehicle like some Chevrolet to the Tesla SUV and Truck so you can use the infotainment. Great reviews from User of Amazon buyer 4.5 stars over a 900 ratings. So good reviews. I love it.

The brake controller was not my choice but works well after some learning and how to use it. Now I just put it in the minimum setting and remain the boost to 6 but the adjustment to low so it doesn't brake too much.
The brake controller is wireless and attached to the trailer permanently and it is connected to the car with the wire like normal. However the control is powered by the cigarette lighter and send signal via RF.

I didn't follow the manufactures meaning Tesla guidance on the hitch and that is at my own risk. There are limited trailer that interesting to me. The trailer that would fit the Tesla Model X are very limited at best. The limited portion are either very expensive and some are affordable but doesn't fit my interest as well as family size.
My interest in camping was because of how limited the hotel industry when it comes to pets. The spot I was interested in was expensive and boarding my dog was solution but not Ideal.
So the trailer was fit my needs and being a good size with the slide out. The spec is right at 390 lbs hitch weight and 4,400 gvwr with tandem axle supporting about 4,000 lbs. The Tesla gross vehicle weight rating is about 6,000 pounds so safe to tow without weight distribution. However, Tesla Model X does not support weight distribution.

Wow, my beach camping could of been a lot easier with these product below.
Recent me and family went to an RV resort vacation trip. We pulled a travel trailer to our site and it is about 8 minutes walk to the beach but on a sand dunes trails.
We used a pretty handy 4 wheel wagon but when we got to the sand fluffy and soft than It become more work.
We did enjoy the sand and the fresh air as well as the beach and took our time. When I got back the trip although the four wheeled wagon which was useful, did give a good workout but wanted to find a real solution for next trek.
We were hauling 2 umbrellas, 2 long chairs, 2 chairs, beach rugs, food and other supplies. We do need another for nature brakes in an other word bathroom brakes which about 8 minutes the other way.
Started looking for an electric solution of wagon and it was difficult. Cost might become a factor. So below I found these below.
The big wheels simulate when going off-road while you have to deflate the wheels for better traction instead of spinning your wheels that could dig you in more.
Well the other one that would make beach camping in theory more enjoyable would one below because it is powered. The best feature would be for me and anyone that experience hauling on beach send is the four wheel drive feature.
