A couple months ago I visited a dealership to check out a Silverado EV RST and I also had a chance to drive a work truck.
As the time I am writing this post and I am interested in on see the GMC Sierra Denali but not of interest to buy but of interest to experience. See I love technology in cars, truck basically in Automotive all together. But this is about the Silverado EV.
Love electric cars and that maybe a bias but I am not against gas cars or trucks. I just have a particular experience that I would lean more for electric. One of the major huddle that I had to struggle with was range.
So the vehicle that I am exploring the interior in this video below, has great range. This is proper for a Truck that has to do work. The video doesn't explore the range or a details of interior but rather a casual interest and exploring the infotainment.
I just added that it can charge a Tesla Supercharger and if you go through the end you can see that. I would like to rent this vehicle but not the one I drive on the video but the first one.
There are two great things about this Silverado EV that makes it a very usable vehicle.
One you can create space to make it a 10 feet bed.
Two you can drive 450 miles going 70 miles per hour.
There are several good side to this vehicle. This information you can find online and at Chevrolet website.
Some of the downside maybe a big barrier.
The price may be downside for some and we see some different variant with affordable possibilities. But I think it is worth it.
