In California it is quite hard to find a home with acres of land and I don’t mean below 1 acre and being affordable too. Another to be in proximity in a metro city.

13 acres may sound big but you could more options than you think. You could build a private tennis court and private theater. Okay, maybe a mother in law house or… I will leave that to your imagination.
